PBI is our home for the month we spend here in Jerusalem. The building is constructed of local Jerusalem stone, a type of limestone of a beautiful golden-tan hue. PBi was built in the late 1920's in the neo-Romanesque style.PBI is located along Emile Bota Street, near the affluent Jerusalem neighborhoods of Kfar David and Yamin Moshe. A short five minute walk to the Old City, PBI is also near the five star hotels of the King David and the Citadel of David. Also in the neighborhood is the beautiful campus of Hebrew Union College, designed by world renowed architect Moshe Safdie.
